Popular and theoretical literature emphasizes the significance of communication technology for collaboration and information sharing across country and organizational boundaries. We think that due to the collaborative nature we might work in organized work groups. Technical employees compared to administrative employees will communicate laterally, the use of telephone and email is the choice for this purpose.
